3 Recipes with guaco tea to relieve cough

  • 1 tablespoon of honey;
  • 500 ml of boiling water.

To prepare this tea, simply add the guaco leaves to the boiling water, cover and let stand for approximately 15 minutes. After that time, strain the tea and add the spoon of honey. It is recommended to drink 3 to 4 spoons of this tea a day, until improvements are observed.  

2. Guaco tea with Eucalyptus

This tea combines the properties of guaco, with the expectorant and anti-inflammatory properties of eucalyptus. To prepare this tea you will need: 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of guaco; 
  • 2 tablespoons of dry Eucalyptus leaves;
  • 1 liter of boiling water.

Preparation mode: 

To prepare this tea, simply add the guaco and dry leaves or essential oil to the boiling water, cover and let stand for approximately 15 minutes, straining before drinking. If necessary, this tea can be sweetened with honey, and it is recommended to drink 2 to 3 cups of tea a day, as needed. 

3. Guaco with milk

  • 20g of fresh guaco;
  • 250 ml of milk (from cow, rice, oats or almonds);
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar;
