Taking mint, mallow or melon seed teas can be useful to relieve discomfort caused by stomach pain or a burning sensation in the pit of the stomach, because they have soothing properties that act under the digestive system, relieving symptoms.
As long as the person has pain or burning in the stomach, a light diet based on cooked vegetables and lean meats is recommended. If you are unable to eat anything, it is recommended to drink coconut water and eat all the cooked food little by little until you feel better.

1. Mint tea
Peppermint tea, scientifically named Mentha piperita L., has antiseptic, calming and analgesic properties that are very effective in treating stomach problems. 2. Mallow tea
An excellent natural remedy for pain and burning in the stomach is Malva tea which has properties that act as calming in the digestive system.
